1 Knead A and B separately into dough.
2 Roll each out into sheets. Put one upon another. Fold in thirds and roll out.
3 Roll up and cut into piles.
4 Roll out into disks. Put C in and form into balls.
5 Ferment for 15 minutes(30°C).
6 Steam for 8 minutes.
