Butterfly Roll Difficulty

1 Knead A and B separately into dough.
2 Roll each out into sheets. Put one upon another.
3 Fold in thirds and roll out. Fold in halves and roll out.
4 Roll the sheet up until 1cm to the edge.
5 Cut into 1cm-wide pieces, combine in pairs, form into butterfly shape with chopsticks.
6 Ferment for 15 minutes(30°C).
7 Steam for 8 minutes.
