1 Put eggs and sugar in mixing bowl and mix at medium speed for 1-2 min till sugar is fully dissolved
2 Add cake flour and Maurimix Sponge Emulsifier , mix at low speed for 1 min and high speed for 3-4 min till paste is fully leavened
3 Slow to medium speed, add water and mix for 2 min
4 Slow to low speed, add oil and mix for 1 min. The ultimate paste temperature needs to be at 23-25°C
5 Put on pan and into oven, bake for 20-25 min (oven temperature: 200-180°C)
