Matters needing attention：
1 Egg white part:
Mix egg white and Maurimix bakers cream and whisk fast till liquid foaming, add sugar and salt, whisk fast till dry foaming and bring up the foam to form a rooster tail shape.
2 Egg yolk part:
Mix water, oil and sugar till sugar dissolves. Add cake flour, corn starch, Maurimix custard powder and Maurimix double acting baking powder, mix evenly; add yolk and mix till paste surface is smooth.
3 Pour a third of egg white paste into yolk paste, mix evenly, pour in the remaining part and mix evenly.
4 Pour in pan, smooth the surface, and shake the pan slightly before baking.
5 Bake for 40-50 min (oven temperature: 170-140°C)
6 After cooled to room temperature, coat with Maurimix Bavarian cream, roll up and cut into pieces.
